Tasting Sessions

Discover Cantina Mori Colli Zugna, a small but solid cooperative which makes wine great, a precious combination of technology and tradition.

Tradition and innovation work together to show how every single bottle of wine can become a vehicle of culture as well as represent place attachment and respect for the territory through a mission based on cutting-edge technologies.

Our doors are always open for those who want to know the world of wine: beginners, wine lovers and friends.

A chance to immerse oneself into a reality which hides Trentino’s wine-making turmoil.

Guided tours are free and available upon reservation. Reservations can be done either at the wine shop of Cantina Mori Colli Zugna, by phone calling the number 0464 918154 or writing to enoteca@cantinamoricollizugna.it. If you come from far away and wish to find an accommodation in the surroundings, we will be glad to suggest some hotels and b&b which collaborate with us.

After the classic tour, to conclude your journey into the story, the perfumes and the taste of the winery, we suggest continuing with a #degustamori tasting at our wine shop.

• Classic or Precious guided tour
• 1 dinner at the winery shop (minimum of 20 people required) run by a catering service collaborating with the winery. The winery will organize an exclusive and close gourmet experience.

TO KNOW BEFORE THE TASTING SESSION

If this is your first tasting session, we suggest following some useful advices:

• avoid chewing gums and candies before and during the tasting session;
• do not smoke before the tasting session;
• avoid perfumes, lipsticks and lip glosses;
• we do not serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 18;

TO KNOW BEFORE THE TOUR

We remind our kind guests that wine is a food product and, as such, it is managed ensuring the greatest hygiene, safety and quality production processes.

• SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN (electronic cigarettes included) in ALL PRODUCTION DEPARTMENTS. If our kind guests wish to smoke, they will find dedicated SMOKING AREAS.
• DO NOT EAT (snacks, sandwiches, chewing gums etc.) and DRINK in our production areas (cellar, warehouse and bottling line). You are also kindly requested not to introduce any FOOD or DRINK into the production departments, to avoid any kind of contamination.
• DO NOT take medications with you in the production departments, unless they are lifesaving medications.
• Our kind guests are invited to follow the PATH indicated by the guide and not to touch or handle any equipment, device or object in the production areas.
• Our kind guests are requested to wear comfortable and closed-toe SHOES (without heels) to move safely and easily through vineyards and production areas.
• Our four-legged friends are not allowed in the winery, but are very welcomed in the area outside the wine shop.
