Our sparkling wines adopt the procedure of the secondary fermentation in the bottle, typical of the Trentodoc method.

They stand out thanks to the characteristics of the climate and the special altitude of the mountain territory, which turn them into unique products.

It is the altitude that shapes our sparkling wines, which stand out from all the others and represent a strong call to the identity of our people. Our land is the mountain, the slopes of Mount Baldo, while the connection to the territory enhances the mineral and floral features of our wines.
